Tengo amigos que pagaron dinero honestamente a la UASD y a otros para aprender inglés porque les dijeron

Puede corregir esto trabajando con el Presidente para darle fuertes preferencias a
solicitantes de empleo bilingües. En el gobierno, donde el presidente puede solucionar esto rápidamente con un decreto,
contratar nuevos empleados ministeriales con PRIMERAS preferencias a los bilingües.
Aliente a las pequeñas empresas a hacer lo mismo,
ofreciendo a aquellos que hacen el bien con el gobierno, PRIMERA preferencia en los contratos si pueden
demostrar que tienen bilingüe en su nómina. ¿Qué tan fácil es eso?

I have friends who paid honest money to UASD and others to learn English because they were told
"you will find a better job." They didnt. They are all now angry and telling me and other
foreigners they know that they were scammed.
You can correct this by working with the President to give strong preferences to
bilingual job seekers. In government, where the President can fix this quickly with a decree,
to hire new ministry employees with FIRST preferences to the bilingual.
Encourage small business to do the same,
by offering those who do business with the government, FIRST preference in contracts if they can
show they have bilingual on their payroll. How easy is that?
